Refund policy

Exchange and Return Policy
This policy is in accordance with the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law as per the Ministry of Commerce of The State of Kuwait.

1. Exchanges or Refunds For Perfumes

   • Returns or refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase.
     

   • The original invoice must be presented.

   • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

   • Exchanges or refunds are not valid in cases of misuse.

   • Customized fragrances and perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.

    

2. Refunds

   • Refunds can be in the form of store credit and bank refund.

3. Credit Card Payments

   • Refunds for payments made via credit card will be processed through the bank within 4 to 10 business days.

4. Gift Cards

   • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
