Can I do SCENTAI™ online or only in-store?
We highly recommend the in-store experience however we do offer an online option based upon availability.
What if I do not like the result?
Since SCENTAI™ is a personalized and customized project, we cannot offer any refunds. However, we can set up a meeting to better understand what went wrong and evaluate a suitable solution if applicable on a case-by-case basis. Artificial Intelligence might be accurate however it is not perfect and because of that not all outcomes can be guaranteed. So far, we are grateful to say that we have not had a case where someone did not like their results.
Can I reorder my formula?
Absolutely! Be sure to have your formula card with you and identification. We will then match that with our system and prepare your reorder! Since it is the same formula, you would not need to go through the SCENTAI™ experience all over again. Reorders of the same formula are priced at 45.000 KWD per 15ml.
Is it alcohol-free?
The formulas created through the SCENTAI™ Experience are alcohol-free.
How long does the experience take?
We aim to get the interview segment of the SCENTAI™ Experience completed within 15 minutes; however, it is possible that it might take slightly longer or slightly shorter. Then it takes around 7 to 10 days for your formula to be made and cured.
